Prof. Ding Wei is the Director of LNPP. In order to achieve the target of constructing the laboratory as “cultivation platform for high-level innovative students and research and development center for advanced industrial technology”, we are actively studying the domestic and foreign advanced technologies, expanding research subjects since the establishment of LNPP.

Focusing on the objectives of “creating new botanical pesticides and developing green prevention and control technology”, we are engaged in the studies on Mites and Acaricide, the biological and ecological study on Rastonia solanacearum, and the study on microecological process and regulation mechanism of rhizosphere, which cover the fields of tracking, structure modification, mechanism research of natural active compounds and preparation pesticides, and the comprehensive prevention and control of harmful pests and diseases.

The LNPP has already cultivated about 3 Post-doctors, 11 Doctors, and 70 Masters. Now the team member is about 50, including four teachers and seven Doctors.
